Issue #3 | Tales From a Crisis | Solidarity Price

£4.00

Our latest issue explores 8 different stories from the frontline of the Covid-19 pandemic, looking at how people in precarious work have been impacted by the shockwaves sent through our economy.

We hear from an indebted construction worker; a Lyft driver working in California; and a sex worker getting to grips with shifting their work online. Within them, we start to see the moving parts that come together to shape an individual’s vulnerabilities to crises like these. In parts, some of these stories are told with humour - some are, inevitably, bleak - but always, they are imbued with a deep humanity.

We think these stories are important and that everyone should be able to access this issue regardless of their economic circumstance. Therefore this issue is available at two different prices:

1) Solidarity - pays cost price for your issue and for a free issue for someone facing financial difficulty.
2) Free - for those facing financial uncertainty, on universal credit, or who would otherwise think twice about getting a copy. No questions asked.

Overall, we won't make any surplus from the sale of this issue, but are selling it at cost.
